Tournament staff.
The volunteers, officials and organizers who turn two school halls into an international tournament every December.
Lokomotiva CUP is run by people from Brčko who give up their December to it. They handle the draw, the schedule, the score sheets, the medals and the thousand small things a visiting team never has to think about.
You will meet them at the technical meeting, at the hall desk and on the sideline for every one of your matches.
Who is at the hall
The roles named in the tournament regulations.
Commissioner
- Leads the competition, registers matches, nominates officials and decides appeals.
Delegate
- Oversees each match and checks the daily bulletin before it starts.
Referees
- Nominated for each competition day by the Commissioner.
Timekeeper & scorekeeper
- Keep the clock, the score and the match report at the table.
Official doctor
- Present in the hall throughout. No match starts without medical cover.
Floor manager
- Keeps the day’s schedule moving between courts and dressing rooms.
